自動車・弱電・家電・医療・化粧品などジャンルは問わず幅広く対応致します。
近年はコスト重視の案件が多い為、
海外で製作した金型を日本に持ち込むパターンが増えておりますが、
難易度の高いものや海外で製作しても輸送費の割合が大きくなるような小・精密な金型においては、
吟味したうえで弊社横浜工場或いは国内協力メーカーでの対応もしております。
製作において大事なのは「設計力と仕上げ力」です。
設計(入口)と仕上げ(出口)に力を注ぎます。

We have not only cultivated precision machining expertise through disc molds since our founding, but also manufacture precision to large-scale molds ranging from palm-sized tools up to 2,000-ton class molds.
We serve a wide range of industries, including automotive, consumer electronics, home appliances, medical devices, and cosmetics.
In recent years, as cost-focused projects have increased, it has become more common to manufacture molds overseas and import them into Japan. However, for highly complex molds or small, high-precision molds where overseas production would result in a high proportion of transportation costs, we carefully evaluate each case and may manufacture them at our Yokohama factory or through domestic partner manufacturers.
What matters most in mold manufacturing is “design capability” and “finishing capability.”
We place strong emphasis on both design (the starting point) and finishing (the final stage).

• Good finishing ⇒ Faster final adjustments before completion
All molds are inspected in Japan and delivered with assured quality.
We also accommodate mold manufacturing based on customer-supplied drawings for clients who wish to incorporate their own specifications and intentions into the tooling.

* Small to large molds: automotive interior and exterior part molds
To ensure our clients are not left behind in the global trend toward local procurement, we have extensive experience in triangular trade shipments, delivering molds directly from overseas production sites to our customers’ overseas factories without routing them through Japan.

製作時の検査だけではなく、製作後の検査員による検品チェックも行っておりますので
万が一寸法はずれなどがあった場合は再加工等の修正を行ったうえで納品致します。
精密部品においては室温が管理された恒温室にて検品を行っております。
日本でも検査しますので日本品質にてお届け致します。
We manufacture parts of various sizes and applications, ranging from ultra-precision components requiring micron-level (μm) tolerances to large-scale components used in molds for automotive bumpers.
As we also produce complete mold sets, we always design and manufacture parts with careful consideration for ease of assembly at the customer’s production site.

With constant attention to quality, cost, and delivery, we leverage our domestic (in-house and external) and overseas networks (Korea, China, Taiwan, Vietnam) to provide high-quality products at competitive prices with short lead times.
We can procure most materials that are handled by Japanese manufacturers, including stainless steel and carbide materials.
As optional services for part manufacturing, we also offer:
1. Precision fitting and matching with mating components
2. Polishing
3. Surface treatments (plating, coating, etc.)
In addition to inspections during the manufacturing process, all finished products undergo final inspection by dedicated quality inspectors. In the unlikely event of dimensional discrepancies or defects, corrective actions such as reworking are performed prior to shipment.
For precision components, inspections are conducted in a temperature-controlled inspection room to ensure dimensional accuracy. Final inspection is also carried out in Japan, ensuring delivery with assured Japanese quality standards.
