As a rubber manufacturer, Takaishi Industry is equipped with a wide range of inspection and analytical instruments.

In addition to rubber mixing machines, cure meters, and tensile testing machines, we also operate various advanced equipment such as X-ray fluorescence analyzers (XRF), FT-IR spectrometers, fatigue testing machines, and dynamic viscoelasticity measurement systems.

Comprehensive Inspection & Analysis Facilities

Our strengths lie in our systems for prototype development and mass-production process control, as well as our proprietary rubber compounding technologies.

Among these, the area we focus on most in research and development is rubber formulation.
All special formulations are designed in-house. In addition to packings that seal gases and water, we have developed compounds with properties such as chlorine resistance and long-term durability. Currently, we maintain around 70 different rubber formulation recipes.

To measure the physical properties of these materials and evaluate their performance, we maintain a full range of inspection and analytical equipment in-house.
For tests that cannot be conducted internally, we collaborate with external evaluation and testing institutions to perform the required analyses.
