There are various processes involved in producing rubber products.
By thoroughly managing quality at each stage of production within our own facilities, we ensure a stable supply of high-quality products.

Here, we introduce each process and the machinery involved: “Rolling,” “Cutting,” “Molding,” “Finishing,” and “Inspection.”

[Cutting Process]

The cutting process involves trimming rubber sheets into optimal dimensions for molding.
The quality of this step has a significant impact on the precision of the subsequent molding process.

[Cutting Machine]

A cutting machine is used to trim sheeted rubber material (before molding) using large cutting blades.
If we compare it to udon noodles, it’s like a machine that “cuts kneaded and stretched dough into thin strands.”

Since the cutting section of the machine is extremely dangerous, we prioritize safety above all else by implementing thorough safety education and training, as well as installing protective covers and sensors.

Rubber sheets have different characteristics depending on the material—some are uneven, while others are difficult to cut.
According to cutting machine manufacturers, our rubber is so focused on achieving high quality and performance that it ranks among the “top three most difficult materials to cut.”

Operators who handle such unique (and high-performance) rubber must understand its characteristics and be able to respond flexibly.

Since the work requires keen attention to detail, operators only begin working after passing training, and they continue to gain experience through daily work with safety as the top priority.
