By thoroughly managing quality at every stage of the manufacturing process within our own factory, we are able to provide a stable supply of high-quality products.

There are various steps involved in manufacturing rubber products.
Here, we introduce the following processes: Mixing (Roll), Cutting, Molding, Finishing, and Inspection.

[Inspection Process]

This is the process of identifying and removing defective products such as cracks, chips, foreign materials, or residual burrs from finished products.
All products are inspected visually.

Depending on the product, there are different defect patterns, requiring a high level of skill and concentration.
This is the most critical stage where no mistakes can be tolerated, as it directly prevents defective products from reaching customers.

Inspection methods, defect judgment criteria, and past trouble cases are compiled into inspection standard documents.
During inspection, each product is checked one by one while referring to these standards.

By thoroughly implementing quality control at every stage in-house, we ensure a consistent supply of high-quality products.
