Tfe-Lok is a PTFE-impregnated hard chrome plating.

Chrome plating supports the load and protects the fluoropolymer from wear.
For applications where Teflon coating lacks durability, or where chrome plating lacks slipperiness or mold release properties, Tfe-Lok is the optimal solution!


[Features]
1. Hardness
The chrome-plated base provides a hardness of approximately Hv850.

2. Heat Resistance
Continuous use up to around 250°C.
Up to 300°C, “Tfe-Lok α,” is also available.

3. Processing Characteristics
The low processing temperature of approximately 200°C minimizes thermal impact on the base material.

4.antistatic
It is effective in preventing dust from sticking.
