【Precision grinding】
We grind high-precision coating rolls, casting rolls, and other rolls that are used in optical, battery, and other manufacturing industries.

・Roll finishing up to a maximum precision level of 1/1,000 mm. (The level of precision differs according to the size and shape of rolls.)
・Ensuring surface smoothness as well as precision.
・Grinding rolls with bearings mounted.
・Handling a variety of crowning (such as radial crowning and tapered crowning)


【Mirror finishing】
Our ultra-mirror finishing has been used for a large number of casting rolls, polishing rolls, cooling rolls, heating rolls, stretching rolls, precision coating rolls, and rolling rolls for forming films and sheets that attach greater importance to transparency.

・Up to a level of an ultra-mirror finish with a surface roughness of Rmax 0.05S or lower.
・Mirror finishing that removed fine grinding marks that cannot be detected with a surface roughness tester.


【Original Surface Treatments】
・“Chroamor”– Ultra-Hard Chrome Plating
　Unlike conventional chrome plating, Chroamor has no cracks and can be hardened up to HV 1800 through heat treatment between 200 and 600°C.

　In this treatment, a glass-based inorganic material is impregnated into the cracks of the hard chrome plating. This compensates for the weak points of hard chrome plating and significantly improves corrosion resistance
